Delete account

Deleting your account is a straightforward process you can do at any time. Go to the My Account section and scroll to the bottom of the page, where you will find a red option.

For security reasons, when you request account deletion, your subscription will be marked as “canceled.” All data related to your pages and projects will be retained for 60 days, during which you can log in and reactivate your subscription. If you don’t reactivate within this period, all data will be permanently deleted.

To complete the deletion, a verification code will be sent to your email, which you must enter. We use a two-step verification process for your security.
